EO Johnson Office Technologies has a long-standing commitment to give back to the community – as owners, a company, and employees. “We believe it is important to give of our time, leadership, and financial resources for the greater good,” said CEO Mary Jo Johnson. “My dad, EO, has taught by example that community involvement, volunteerism, and generosity are keys to a successful life. Both of us are dedicated to encouraging, enabling, and empowering others, including our co-workers, to participate and give back to the communities that do so much for so many.”

EO Johnson Office Technologies received imageSource Magazine’s 2009 Perfect Image Award for Community Involvement. The awards honor excellence in the document management industry, and EO Johnson received the Outstanding Community Involvement Award. EO Johnson was one of seven dealers nationwide recognized in different categories.
Company founder EO Johnson received the Tocqueville Award, United Way’s most prestigious award, in November 2008. The award honors lifetime achievements of local philanthropic leaders.
United Way supporter in all offices – The company has over 90 percent employee participation in United Way giving. In Marathon County, WI the company has received United Way’s Community Challenge award 14 years since 1989.
Employees individually participate in many non-profit boards and community committees. The example is set by CEO Mary Jo Johnson whose community involvement, like her father’s, is extensive. Employees are encouraged to volunteer in the community and provided reasonable time off to do so.
The company, as well as company owners EO and Mary Jo Johnson, generously support local organizations through financial and equipment donations. Charitable focuses include programs that directly benefit children and families.
EO Johnson funds numerous scholarships through local high schools and technical colleges to students furthering their education.
