Duplicators
Duplicators do not take the place of copiers. They are intended for longer runs and higher volumes than copiers can effectively do. For these runs, a copier will cost more than a duplicator. Additionally Energy Star compliant duplicators use about 90 percent less energy than printers and copiers since they do not use a heat process to make copies.
Running 120 – 180 pages per minute, duplicators are faster than copiers. Color changes are quick and easy. Duplicators run one side at a time and do not provide finishing options.
Duplicators allow organizations to bring many previously outsourced print jobs in house providing the control and cost savings of on-demand printing. And digital duplicators can handle print jobs ranging from everyday documents and business communications to more specialized applications like forms, business cards, labels, and even paper bags.
