Service Technicians

Training our service technicians begins before they even join our company. Every service technician has an academic background in electronics which is reinforced with detailed training for every product we carry. In addition to the hardware schools that our service technicians attend to become proficient on the many models we offer, many of our technicians have achieved the industry-recognized certifications of CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+.

Our sales representatives have also made the investment in training.  Many have achieved the industry-recognized CDIA+ certification, demonstrating best practices in planning, designing, and specifying document imaging systems.
