Our primary focus is, and always has been, to provide the finest sales and service to our customers.Service Technicians – In addition to the hardware schools that our service technicians attend to become proficient on the many models we offer, many of our technicians have achieved the industry-recognized certifications of CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+. We are proud to state that 38 of our service technicians have achieved the CompTIA Network+ certification and four have achieved the CompTIA A+ certification.
Expert Sales – EO Johnson sales representatives are experienced and tenured sales professionals. With an average of 14 years with our company, our sales representatives have built long lasting relationships with their customers. That longevity allows our sales representatives to really know and understand their customer’s businesses and provide expert advice tailored to the business’ individual needs.
Our sales representatives have also made the investment in training. We are proud to state that 22 of our sales representatives have achieved the industry-recognized CDIA+ certification, demonstrating best practices in planning, designing, and specifying document imaging systems.
