Return to Work Essentials is a cloud-based solution from Square 9 Softworks that facilitates the reopening process for organizations ensuring they take the right measures to maintain a healthy and safe workplace.

Every business that is looking to reopen its office with an operational plan that follows government guidelines, prioritizes the health of employees, and needs to protect against unwarranted claims.

There is a five-step process for safe admittance to your office:

Step 1: Employees or visitors are greeted by a QR code in a digital or printed display.

Step 2: Upon scanning the QR code with their mobile device, a form will open to collect personal information such as name and company.

Step 3: Each employee or visitor will answer a few required health-related questions such as instances of quarantine.

Step 4: An optional waiver of liability is available for signing to protect your business against unwarranted claims. Upon completion of the form, either a green screen meaning approved for entry or a red screen denoting entry denied will appear.

Step 5: Before being admitted, approved visitors would be required to present their access approval green screen to a receptionist who would scan the embedded QR code with a phone or tablet. A temperature reading would be taken and logged for final approval to enter the building or office

Return to Work Essentials is a solution built on Square 9’s GlobalSuite of products, a powerful platform for managing information and business content. Included in the Return to Work Essentials package is:

Return to Work Essentials sits on the Global Suite platform so all SDN options are available including applications for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, and Contracts.

Minor changes such as a logo or waiver language changes are easily accommodated. Return to Work Essentials is an end-to-end screening application however, so changes beyond this would require significant development services and likely delays in deployment.

Return to Work Essentials is a subscription service purchased in 12-month increments.

You can cancel your service at the end of term or continue to use it to digitally transform other areas of your business. Your solution can expand to other common business areas including Human Resources for onboarding and compliance, Accounting both Accounts Payable for invoice processing and Accounts Receivable for improving PO processing, contract management, and countless other areas where you need to collect, store, and access data in a digital format allowing for anywhere access.
