EO Johnson Business Technologies has been named a Ricoh ProVision 2024 Certified Dealer by Ricoh Americas Corporation. The Pro Dealer Partner designation recognizes Ricoh dealers who meet stringent standards for excellence in technical expertise, training, efficiency, and response time. According to Ricoh Americas Corporation, this certification recognizes the entire service organization of EO Johnson as being “the best of the best.”
In addition to the company recognition, seven EO Johnson service technicians also received ProVision 2024 Service Engineer Certification. These technicians are in the top 3% of the 4,010 service engineers that were eligible to participate. Congratulations to Benjamin Nikolay, Chad Hanson, Dean Koopman, Jeffery Nelson, Jeffrey McGeorge, Joe Wallgren, and Steven Ellenbecker on this prestigious recognition.
