For the eighth year in a row, EO Johnson Business Technologies has been named a top certified dealer by Ricoh USA. The Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award recognizes Ricoh dealers who meet stringent standards for excellence in technical expertise, quality of service, model certification, efficiency, response time, success rates, and customer satisfaction.
This year, six EO Johnson technicians received Prestige status by scoring among the top 75 Ricoh technicians in the country. Benjamin Nikolay, Kevin Ellenbecker, and Steven Ellenbecker received Prestige Tech Certification. Jeffrey Nelson and Phil Zeman received Prestige Hardware Certification. And Scott Wilkans received Prestige Elite Certification for being in the top 75 for both categories. To qualify, EO Johnson service technicians complete a rigorous test to evaluate the breadth of their service experience, qualification, and skills with only the highest-scoring technicians earning Prestige level certification.

Along with individual testing scores from EO Johnson's Ricoh-trained technicians, this program leverages a comprehensive review of industry benchmarks to determine eligibility, including customer survey results, First Call Effectiveness, callback and hold call percentages, relevant industry certifications, hardware, and solutions training, global accounts support, and escalation policy.
