It All Started in 1957
Our History

The copier industry was just getting started when Emery O. (E.O.) Johnson started his company in 1957. E.O. had a true entrepreneurial spirit and built his company on the same golden rule he applied to all of life – treat customers the way he would want to be treated.

Today E.O.’s daughter Mary Jo leads the company and, while it’s been more than 65 years since E.O. started selling 3M’s Thermo-Fax copy machines on handshakes and hard work out of the back of his blue Ford, the commitment and care for employees, communities, and customers lives on stronger than ever.
