They had a new software system but also had decades of old files still in paper format and no way to get those into the new system. They were also facing space constraints. We worked with multiple departments including building safety, public works, water treatment, human resources, land management, and the city clerk to digitize and organize records into a single document management system. Information can now be accessed more efficiently for both internal purposes and public records requests.
