Reliance Bank opened its doors to the community of Faribault, MN in 2007. It is now a well-established financial services leader providing a full line of personal and business banking products with a community focus.

The Challenge
Reliance Bank, a community-focused financial institution, faced growing demands on its technology infrastructure and print environment. Outdated printers scattered across two locations led to inefficiency, higher maintenance costs, and an inconsistent user experience.
As IT Director Shannon Fawley explained, “We had really old, small, inefficient printers scattered all over the bank.” Managing toner levels, maintenance, and supplies was time-consuming and required constant staff attention.

EO Johnson also simplified the print environment by remotely monitoring toner levels and automatically shipping replacements when needed, handling issues quickly through a web-based dashboard and responsive support team, and providing regular technology reviews to keep systems up to date and aligned with the bank’s needs.
Fawley shared, “I honestly forget the printers are there because we don’t really need to do much with them anymore.”
